BOOKINGS
To complete any reservation, we kindly request the guest credit cards details (name, number, valid thru and the last 3 digit code on the reverse - CVV), home address and billing address (if different) with post code, contact telephone number, tax number. These details are to hold the guest reservation only, unless cancellation charges are incurred.

PRE-PAYMENT
100 percent of the first night charged on the day of booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged and the prepayment will be refunded to guest.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit (one-night rate) will be charged on the day of check-in to cover the expenses of any repairs of eventual damages to the premises, namely the guest suite, greater than normal ‘wear and tear’. Security Deposit will be refunded upon check-out if no damages occur.

While vouchers can be redeemed at the above locations, they do not guarantee a restaurant reservation or suite booking. All reservations are subject to availability.
